May 12, 2016· Salisbury, Massachusetts is a small town on the North Shore of Massachusetts along the New Hampshire border. It is the northernmost town in Massachusetts and was settled by Massachusetts Bay colonists in the early 17th century. Before the colonists settled there, Salisbury was the home of the Pennacook tribe of Native Americans.
